By simply taking a few moments to imagine and visualize yourself in a more relaxing arena, you will begin to feel more relaxed and at peace with what is really happening.
Begin by close your eyes and taking a few slow breaths. Then take a few seconds visualizing a relaxing scene of your choice. This could be something like walking through a forest, running in a meadow, fishing by a lake or simply lying by the beach.
