The Mental Health Center of Madison County has a workshop that can help. The free Stress Management Workshop is scheduled for noon until 1 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16. Counselor Marilyn Lands will lead the workshop, which will be held in the Community Room of the Mental Health Center at 4040 South Memorial Parkway. Participants are invited to bring a sack lunch.
